Translate operational and case management needs into clear product requirements and user stories.. . Lead discovery and definition for data-intensive features, clarifying scope, reconciling data sources, and aligning stakeholders.. . Analyze and reconcile member- and service-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability.. . Map operational workflows and data flows across systems, teams, and touchpoints, including third-party integrations.. . Facilitate technical scoping discussions with Engineering and Data teams to evaluate feasibility, sequencing, and trade-offs.. . Develop and maintain documentation including feature specifications, business models, workflows, data flow diagrams, and system integrations.. . Support sprint planning, quality oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives for data-centric product features.. . Participate in incident reviews and post-mortems to address data gaps, system issues, or workflow errors.. . . 4–6+ years of experience in technical product management, product operations, business systems analysis, or data analysis.. . Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.. . Proficiency with SQL and data platforms such as Power BI or Mixpanel.. . Experience mapping and modeling multi-system operational workflows; familiarity with BPMN is highly desirable.. . Knowledge of data modeling concepts (entity relationships, normalization) and experience designing or validating schemas.. . Strong documentation skills and experience with tools such as MS Office, Confluence, Lucid, Miro/Mural, and Jira.. .
