We’re looking for a passionate, proactive Wellness Coach to guide, inspire, and support our team members in building healthier lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally.. Position Overview. The Wellness Coach will work directly with employees to support personal health goals, stress management, work-life balance, and overall wellness. You’ll be a key partner in fostering a workplace culture that values mental health, resilience, and self-care—especially in the fast-paced hospitality industry.. Key Responsibilities. • One-on-One Coaching:. Provide personalized wellness coaching sessions for employees (in person or virtual), addressing areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness.. • Group Workshops & Events:. Lead wellness-focused workshops and group sessions (e.g., guided meditations, yoga, nutrition talks, mental health awareness).. • Program Development:. Design and implement scalable wellness programs and campaigns tailored to the unique demands of restaurant and hospitality work.. • Employee Engagement:. Partner with HR and management to promote participation in wellness initiatives and track impact.. • Resource Creation:. Develop wellness content including tip sheets, digital guides, and monthly newsletters.. • Crisis & Burnout Support:. Serve as a supportive resource for employees navigating high-stress periods or seeking mental health referrals.. • Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, or relevant certification (NBHWC, ACE, NASM, or similar). • 2+ years of coaching or employee wellness experience; hospitality industry experience a plus. • Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills. • Understanding of workplace wellbeing, burnout prevention, and trauma-informed care. • Flexible, approachable, and culturally competent. • Experience with wellness program design and group facilitation.
