Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions.. . Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Jobs, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.. . Conduct structured telephonic interviews and initial screening assessments.. . Draft and send polished, professional communication to candidates and the evaluators.. . Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely follow-ups.. . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate profiles.. . Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance benchmarks.. . Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.. . Support HR initiatives and internal process improvements as needed.. . . 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience with proven success in hiring quality candidates.. . Exceptional command of spoken and written English — must be confident, clear, and articulate in email and video settings.. . Proficiency in LinkedIn Jobs, Workable, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.. . Comfortable conducting video and telephonic interviews.. . Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.. . A strong team player with a collaborative spirit and professional attitude.. .
