We're looking for a driven and experienced B2B salesperson to lead growth in our South America & Caribbean (Spanish Speaking) Mid-Market segment. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on consultative selling, building relationships, and driving deals in multi-stakeholder environments.. As Mid-Market Manager, you’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy, deliver value to top-tier hotel brands, and play a key role in our continued expansion across South America & Caribbean (Spanish Speaking).. 🧩 What You’ll Be Doing. . . Grow Our Presence:. Own and expand Triptease’s Mid-Market footprint. . . Build Partnerships:. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at hotel groups and independent properties. . . Drive Value:. Deliver consultative, solution-led sales that align with client goals and hotel performance outcomes. . . Own the Sales Cycle:. Lead end-to-end, from lead generation and discovery through negotiation and closing. . . Collaborate Cross-Functionally:. Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored strategies for the region. . . Bring Insight:. Use your knowledge of the market and data to inform sales tactics and guide product strategy. . ✨ What We’re Looking For. . 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech. . Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. . Deep familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.). . Strong communicator and relationship builder — comfortable engaging C-level executives. . Self-starter with a passion for tech, travel, and growth. . Fluent in Spanish & English.. . Additional Language (Portuguese) is a plus! . . Company Location: Colombia.
