Our client is seeking a qualified Attorney to provide legal guidance, draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support litigation or corporate matters. Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, employment agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, leases).. . Legal Research & Advisory:. Use platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis to research statutes, regulations, and case law. Deliver practical recommendations to business leaders.. . Corporate Governance:. Prepare board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and entity formation or restructuring documents.. . Compliance:. Monitor and advise on compliance with industry-specific regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, FTC, employment law, etc.).. . Litigation & Disputes:. Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
