Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families. . Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans. . Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. . Participate in team meetings and clinical case reviews. . Deliver services that are trauma-informed, culturally competent, and client-centered. . . Active, unrestricted LPCC license in California. . Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. . Comfortable and experienced with telehealth platforms and remote work. .
