In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with hotel inquiries, bookings, and all aspects of their hospitality experience.. Your fluency in Czech will be essential in communicating effectively with clients, helping them navigate our hotel reservation system, and ensuring they have a seamless booking experience. You will be instrumental in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty within our hospitality services.. Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations. . Assist clients with booking requests, modifications, cancellations, and special accommodations. . Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Work alongside hotel partners to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate information. . Gather customer feedback to inform improvements and enhance our services. . Stay updated on the latest hotel offerings, promotions, and travel trends. . Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required. . Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. . Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities. Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
