Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close. . . Prepare and review department-level P&Ls, company-wide P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and Sales Channel reports. . . Provide detailed analysis and commentary to support the executive financial package and guide strategic decision-making. . . Ensure compliance with annual audits and support preparation of audit schedules and documentation. . . Monitor and report on bank covenants related to real estate loans on a monthly basis. . . Collaborate with department heads to ensure accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. . . Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes across multiple departments. . . Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency and scalability of financial systems. . . Qualifications. . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required). . . 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience at the Senior Accountant level.. . Strong operational accounting background with exposure to multi-departmental environments. . . Experience with wholesale/retail product-based businesses and inventory accounting strongly preferred. . . Proven track record of preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and variance reports. . . Familiarity with audit processes and bank reporting requirements. . . Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. . . Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial insights to executives.. .
