You will work closely with internal teams and customers to solve challenges, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities for expansion. Success in this role is measured by customer retention, satisfaction, and the ability to drive growth across the portfolio.. Accountabilities. . Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal customer experience.. . Develop and implement customer success plans that drive adoption, loyalty, and expansion.. . Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.. . Serve as an expert on the platform and related products, providing guidance on best practices and workflows.. . Facilitate problem-solving and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external teams.. . Ensure timely and effective delivery of services, managing projects and programs with attention to quality and efficiency.. . . Bachelor’s degree preferred.. . 3+ years of experience in service delivery, customer success, or relationship management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology.. . Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.. . Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes.. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.. . Familiarity with healthcare workflows and experience in healthcare SaaS is a plus.. .
