We’re looking for a Media Buyer who specializes in alternative ad platforms like native ads (e.g. Taboola, Outbrain), discovery ads (e.g. Google Discovery), and TikTok ads.. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience outside the traditional Facebook/Google ad bubble, who thrives in testing and scaling media buying strategies across newer or less saturated platforms. Your goal will be to drive top-of-funnel traffic, generate leads, and scale profitable ad campaigns to support our high-ticket DeFi programs.. What You’ll Be Doing. Ad Management & Scaling. . Strategically plan, launch, and scale campaigns across native platforms, discovery ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.. . Manage ad budgets exceeding $50K/month, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.. . Continuously test creatives, headlines, placements, hooks, and audiences to identify scalable angles.. . Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and compliance policies to ensure ad longevity and performance.. . Performance Analysis & Optimization. . Analyze campaign data across platforms to inform strategy and make rapid improvements.. . Run A/B tests on ad formats, targeting, and funnels.. . Track KPIs daily, identifying winning creatives and optimizing based on funnel drop-off and conversion events.. . Collaboration & Funnel Alignment. . Work with our funnel and content teams to ensure landing pages and VSL funnels align with ad messaging and user intent.. . Provide insights into funnel performance and collaborate to improve lead quality and CPL.. . Creative Strategy. . Provide briefs and feedback to our copywriters and designers for scroll-stopping creative tailored for TikTok and native platforms.. . Understand the psychology of users on each platform and adapt creative accordingly.. . . What You Bring. . 2+ years experience managing campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager, Taboola, Outbrain, or other native/discovery platforms.. Strong grasp of top-of-funnel lead generation tactics for high-ticket offers (especially VSL/call funnel formats).. . Demonstrated success scaling ad campaigns profitably to $50K+ monthly budgets.. . Deep understanding of platform-specific nuances like creative fatigue, clickbait rules, CTR optimization, and compliance.. . Data-driven decision-making style with comfort working across Google Sheets, attribution tools (e.g. Hyros, Triple Whale), and analytics dashboards.. . Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts.. . Knowledge of the DeFi, crypto, or financial education space is a strong plus.. . Company Location: Brazil.
