Provide end-user support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues in Dutch.. . Troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware problems faced by users.. . Document all user interactions and solutions in our support system carefully.. . Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues as necessary.. . Educate users on system functionalities and best practices to enhance their experience.. . Collect feedback to improve service quality and user satisfaction.. . Engage in continuous learning to remain updated on product enhancements and support methodologies.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.. . Experience in an end-user support or technical support role is advantageous.. . Strong ability to troubleshoot common IT issues effectively.. .
