Handle customer inquiries related to construction services, project specifications, and timelines via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide clients with accurate information regarding service offerings, pricing, and project management.. . Assist customers with documentation processes, including quotes and contracts.. . Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.. . Document all interactions and follow up to ensure continued support.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.. . Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide authoritative assistance.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the construction industry.. .
