We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a California license to join our team remotely..  . What You’ll Do: . . Provide virtual therapy (individual, couples, family) via a secure telehealth platform.. . Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.. . Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in the EHR system.. . Offer culturally competent and trauma-informed care to a diverse client base.. . Participate in virtual team meetings, peer consultation, or clinical supervision as needed.. . Stay up to date on state licensure requirements and continuing education.. . . Active LMFT license in the State of California .. . Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field.. . Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.. . Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills.. .
