Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business. . Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits, filings, and regulatory submissions. . Review internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance. . Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and support compliance initiatives. . Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and regulatory correspondence. . Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. . Support the development and maintenance of internal compliance programs and training. . . Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. . At least 1–2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory support role. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Experience in handling confidential information with discretion. . Knowledge of relevant regulatory bodies and requirements is a plus. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. .
