As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will take ownership of your territory by generating qualified leads, initiating strategic conversations, and building a robust sales pipeline with key decision-makers in security and technology. You will work alongside experienced Account Executives in a collaborative environment, helping to expand the company’s footprint across North America. This role offers autonomy, significant growth potential, and a fast-track path to becoming a full Account Executive for high performers.. . Accountabilities:. . Own the early-stage sales funnel by generating qualified meetings through inbound and outbound channels.. . Map key accounts, build strong relationships, and identify business opportunities across various industries.. . Educate and evangelize the Bug Bounty model with CISOs, Heads of Security, and senior executives.. . Collaborate closely with Senior Account Executives on deal strategy, handoff, and account nurturing.. . Represent the company at industry events and meetups within the region.. . Work with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.. . Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasting to ensure pipeline transparency.. . Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, demonstrating how bug bounty programs can enhance their security posture.. . . 5 to 10 years of experience in sales development, business development, or sales, ideally within SaaS and cybersecurity sectors.. . Proven track record of success in outbound sales and cold outreach to senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Security.. . Excellent communication skills with a strong consultative selling approach.. . Comfortable managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.. . Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and autonomy.. . Native or fluent English required; additional language skills are a plus.. .
