As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams, providing expert guidance and hands-on support for complex technical issues. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize solutions, while also mentoring colleagues and contributing to product improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance. Accountabilities. . Provide timely, high-quality technical support and consultation to enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams.. . Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues, including workflow creation and API integrations.. . Assist customers with advanced queries and best practices, including formulas, pagination, and automation patterns.. . Take ownership of escalations and collaborate with engineers to ensure swift resolution.. . Host technical reviews, mentoring sessions, and training for colleagues to strengthen team expertise.. . Partner with marketing and product teams to provide insights, contribute to knowledge base content, and support events or webinars.. . Conduct case reviews, recommend improvements, and support documentation projects for internal and external use.. . Provide on-call support during weekends and public holidays as needed.. . . 8+ years of experience in technical support or a related field, ideally in automation or software platforms.. . Strong experience working with and implementing APIs, including complex authentication and poorly documented endpoints.. . Familiarity with standard testing tools such as Postman.. . Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker, Fargate, and Kubernetes.. . Experience implementing complex automation workflows and best practices.. . Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.. . Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Mentoring and coaching experience to guide colleagues and promote team growth.. . Technical curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and innovative solutions.. .
