180 Recruitment Consultant - International Candidate Specialist at Remote Recruitment. Job Overview. We are looking for a motivated 180 Recruitment Consultant to focus on international candidate sourcing and pipeline development. Working within the private household and luxury service sectors, this role requires someone who can manage high-volume candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, and prepare professional profiles for client submission. With placements spanning multiple countries, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that the business runs efficiently, reducing time-to-fill while maintaining exceptional candidate quality.. Key Responsibilities. . Source and attract candidates for international roles across the private household and luxury service sectors. . . Conduct outreach, screening interviews, and compliance checks. . . Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure faster turnaround for recurring vacancies. . . Prepare candidate profiles and reference packs to client-ready standards. . . Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring they are fully briefed before interviews. . . Manage candidate messages across email, WhatsApp, and social platforms. . . Post job adverts across social media groups, recruitment platforms, and internal systems. . . Maintain CRM accuracy and track candidate progress throughout the hiring cycle. . . Support with lower-level recruitment tasks such as CV edits, candidate check-ins, and job postings. . . Qualifications and Experience. . 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a 180 or resourcing role. . . International recruitment experience, with the ability to engage candidates across different regions. . . Strong interviewing and candidate management skills. . . Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. . . Knowledge of compliance processes including references and documentation management. . .
