Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture Capability Model to provide tools and acceleration for all architect personas.. Align with architecture groups to establish standards, governance, and best practices.. Define, execute, and deliver the Enterprise Architecture Management System (EAMS) roadmap to meet organizational objectives and key results.. Collaborate with senior leaders and architects to define and communicate the enterprise architecture vision.. Translate business strategy into technology initiatives and ensure alignment across the IT ecosystem.. Drive adoption of architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices to support innovation and reduce technical debt..
