Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture Capability Model to provide tools and acceleration for all architect personas.. Align with architecture groups to establish standards, governance, and best practices.. Define, execute, and deliver the Enterprise Architecture Management System (EAMS) roadmap to meet organizational objectives and key results.. Collaborate with senior leaders and architects to define and communicate the enterprise architecture vision.. Translate business strategy into technology initiatives and ensure alignment across the IT ecosystem.. Drive adoption of architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices to support innovation and reduce technical debt.. Mentor architects and contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative architecture community.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.. Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise-impact roles (application, domain, or security architecture).. Proven ability to navigate complex IT ecosystems and drive technical consensus.. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities..
