Devoted Studios is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Product/Project Manager to take the reins of our cutting-edge Fusion Platform! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the successful delivery of new features and enhancements for our B2B platform, launching in mid-April 2025. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from business analysts to engineers, ensuring that every feature aligns with our strategic goals and delivers real value to our users.. The vacancy is. 100% remote and we are hiring in EUROPE! . Responsibilities. . . Product Vision & Strategy. Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to define and refine the strategic product vision. Formulate and communicate a clear strategy using market, customer, and competitor insights. . . . Data-Driven Decision Making. Set and monitor KPIs, analyze feature performance, and guide improvements through data, experimentation, and user feedback. . . . Product Lifecycle Management. Own feature delivery across the full lifecycle—from idea to rollout and iteration—ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact. . . . Roadmap & Prioritization. Develop, maintain, and communicate a prioritized roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders. Align with the Delivery Manager to ensure execution readiness. . . . Revenue & Monetization. Forecast revenue opportunities from key features, define success metrics, and align product priorities with broader financial goals. . . . Sprint & Iteration Planning. Collaborate with the CCO and Delivery Manager on sprint planning and resource prioritization, focusing on product milestones and impact. . . . Team Leadership. Mentor and guide the product team. Foster collaboration, clarify priorities, and support skill development. . . . Cross-Functional Collaboration. Align closely with design, marketing, finance, and business development to ensure product goals are reflected in cross-team plans and outputs. . . . Backlog & Feedback Management. Maintain and groom the backlog with a focus on user needs, internal feedback, and strategic priorities. . . . Competitive Analysis & Innovation. Continuously assess the competitive landscape and tech trends. Identify opportunities to improve product value and differentiation. . . . Feature Planning & Execution. Lead planning and feature definition sessions. Coordinate with leads on scope and expectations. Delivery execution will be supported by the Delivery Manager. . . . Project & Resource Partnership. Collaborate with the Delivery Manager on resource planning, delivery health, and risk visibility. Stay aware of project timelines without directly managing them. . . . Process Improvement. Support continuous improvement by identifying friction points in the product process and suggesting new workflows and tools. . . . Stakeholder Engagement. Act as the voice of the product for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure visibility into priorities, changes, and progress. . . . Documentation & Reporting. Own product requirements and user stories. Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure documentation (e.g., in Jira, Confluence) is clear and up-to-date.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. . . Proven experience as a . Product Manager or Feature Owner. at a SaaS company, successfully delivering complex features. . . Experience managing . live products. , with a strong understanding of the challenges involved in maintaining and improving live services over time. . . Understanding of . B2B product dynamics. , with experience tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of business clients and driving long-term partnerships. . . Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to . navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance strategic and tactical tasks. in fast-paced environments. . . Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record in . influencing and aligning cross-functional teams. and fostering a high-performance culture. . . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to . collaborate across disciplines. and manage stakeholder expectations. . . Data-driven decision-making: Expertise in . leveraging analytics, user behavior data, and testing. to optimize features and track KPIs. . . Product lifecycle management: Experience leading the development of features from concept through launch and iterative improvement, with a clear focus on business and user outcomes. . . Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and workflows, with the ability to . partner closely with a Delivery Manager. to ensure execution. . . Backlog management & prioritization: Ability to balance user feedback, stakeholder input, and business goals to maintain an aligned product roadmap. . . Comfort with identifying and flagging product-level risks and dependencies, while working with others to develop mitigation strategies. . .
