Insurance Operations Specialist (EzLynx Expert) at GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT. We are seeking an experienced . Insurance Operations Specialist. with advanced proficiency in . EzLynx. software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of personal and/or commercial lines insurance, strong quoting and policy management skills, and a passion for operational efficiency. In this role, you will take the lead in streamlining our quoting, client onboarding, and renewal workflows through EzLynx, ensuring seamless integration with carriers and a superior client experience.. Key Responsibilities:. . . Quoting & Carrier Integration. . . . Manage and execute new business quotes using EzLynx across multiple carriers. . . Ensure accurate carrier integration and maintain up-to-date carrier credentials and configurations. . . Troubleshoot quoting issues and resolve discrepancies between carrier and EzLynx rates. . . . . . . Policy Management. . . . Oversee end-to-end policy lifecycle including issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals via EzLynx. . . Maintain data accuracy and compliance with carrier and regulatory standards. . . Utilize EzLynx to automate and track policy-related communications and documentation. . . . . . . Client Onboarding & Renewals. . . . Optimize the onboarding process by leveraging EzLynx’s automation and CRM tools. . . Proactively manage renewals using EzLynx’s renewal manager and reporting tools. . . Ensure a smooth transition of prospects into active clients with proper documentation and workflow tracking. . . . . . . Operational Support & Training. . . . Develop and document best practices for using EzLynx across departments. . . Provide internal training and support to team members on EzLynx features and updates. . . Collaborate with leadership to identify areas of operational improvement. . . . . . Requirements:. . 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry (personal or commercial lines preferred). . . Advanced knowledge of . EzLynx. software is required, including quoting, policy management, and reporting. . . Familiarity with carrier systems and comparative rating tools. . . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. . . Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. . . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. . . Preferred Qualifications:. . Experience with AMS (Agency Management System) integrations and workflows. . . Knowledge of automation tools within EzLynx (e.g., email campaigns, tasks, client center). . . Insurance license (Property & Casualty) is a plus but not required.. . How to Apply:.
