We’re seeking a . strategic, hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator. to take ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem and help power the next phase of growth at XOPS. In this role, you'll . redesign and scale. our CRM infrastructure to support a complex, enterprise sales motion and drive operational excellence across our go-to-market organization.. You’ll be a key partner to sales, marketing, customer success, and Sales Operations, building scalable architecture, driving automation, and integrating intelligent tools that increase efficiency and accelerate execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves solving tough problems, creating clarity in ambiguity, and shaping the Sales Operations foundation of a Series A rocket ship.. . What You’ll Do. . Own all aspects of Salesforce administration including user support, configuration, data hygiene, and permissioning.. . Redesign our CRM architecture to align with evolving enterprise GTM needs, including multi-threaded deal cycles and ABM strategies.. . Coordinate between the business and SFDC developers to drive technical requirements to tangible business outputs.. . Produce high quality reports to be used for forecasting meetings to cover pipeline, deals, and more.. . Build and maintain advanced automations, workflows, and validation rules to support operational scale and reduce friction across the revenue funnel.. . Integrate AI-driven and sales productivity tools (e.g., forecasting, enablement, enrichment, and conversational intelligence).. . Partner with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to improve data quality, funnel visibility, and pipeline health.. . Own CRM audits, field architecture, and data model integrity to ensure consistent and usable reporting.. . Manage and optimize adjacent Sales Operations tech stack (e.g., Outreach, Looker, Marketo, etc.).. . Build and maintain a Sales Operations systems roadmap that scales with the business.. . Deliver user training, onboarding, and best practices to improve system adoption and performance.. . What You Bring. . 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and architecture experience (preferably in high-growth SaaS).. . Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Flow, Lightning, and Apex fundamentals.. . Experience designing systems that support enterprise sales teams, including ABM workflows, forecasting, and attribution.. . Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Looker, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Clari, or similar.. . Strong understanding of data hygiene, enrichment, and CRM integrations.. . Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM leaders.. .
