We currently have two prescription products, which have already been used millions of times by men across the EU and beyond. Responsibilities:. The Role. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Health Care Professional Partner to join our German team, focusing on South NRW/ Köln and the surrounding areas. . What do you need to do to win? . As a . Health Care Professional Partner. , you will play a key role in expanding access to our men’s health treatments by building trusted, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals across Berlin and surrounding areas. You’ll combine science-led engagement with strategic insight to drive sustainable growth.. This is a highly entrepreneurial role in an exciting, early-stage business where you will be encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape the company’s trajectory. . Core Responsibilities. Partnership & Engagement. . Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), using clear, professional, and consistent communication. . . Lead structured engagement activities—including product briefings, training events, and follow-ups—aligned with national and regional priorities. . . Prospect and schedule meetings with targeted HCPs, using a strategic, data-driven approach to expand Androlabs’ presence. . . Manage stakeholder relationships through the full Partnership Lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality support. . . Represent Androlabs at industry conferences and congresses to build relationships, raise brand awareness, and promote our men’s health portfolio.. . Sales Execution & Market Enablement. . Execute the local sales strategy to meet or exceed performance targets for your territory. . . Deliver activities that support product uptake, including market-specific initiatives like formulary submissions and stakeholder education.. . CRM & Insight Management. . Maintain accurate, high-quality data in the CRM system, recording all HCP interactions, meeting outcomes, and engagement plans. . . Qualify leads and respond promptly to inbound HCP enquiries, ensuring fast, reliable support. . . Share field insights and emerging trends to inform local tactics and shape global marketing and commercial strategies. . . Use CRM analytics and tools to prioritise engagement efforts and drive efficient territory management.. . Compliance & Continous Learning. . Ensure all engagements and activities adhere to applicable industry regulations, local laws, and Androlabs' compliance standards. . . Support internal audits and compliance reviews as needed. . . Stay continuously informed about therapeutic area developments, clinical best practices, and relevant product innovations. . . Share your expertise with HCPs to support clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes in men’s health.. .  . Must-haves:. . 2 years+ experience promoting prescription products to healthcare professionals.. . Ability to build and nurture relationships over the phone and in person.. . Genuine interest in advancing and growing a men’s health platform and improving patient outcomes.. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.. . Willingness to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and attend meetings.. . Excellent command of the written and spoken English. . . Nice to have:. . Experience working with prescription-only medicines.. . Experience in endocrinology and/or urology therapeutic areas.. .
