Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.. Assist in back-office operations, ensuring smooth processes and prompt resolutions to customer concerns.. Work closely with various teams to enhance customer service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.. Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.. Identify areas for improvement in processes and provide innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide customers with accurate information.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service or back office roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.. . Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.. . Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.. . Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.. .
