Senior Payments Specialist. to lead and optimise our global payments strategy during a key phase of expansion. As a fast-growing B2C company with a strong presence in the US and European markets, we are focused on improving payment performance, expanding into new regions, and strengthening our fraud prevention capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in digital payments, PSP management, and risk mitigation. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, overseeing key payment KPIs, managing provider relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers.. As a PSP Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing the relationship with our PSPs and be responsible for growth with them and new ones. Working closely with our Payment´s Operation Team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our products and processes.. As a PSP Account Manager at Leadtech, you will:. Relationship management with Payment Solution Providers to ensure the best possible partner with higher acceptance and the efficient resolution of end-user problems with payments, including:. Comparative new PSP research and competitor analysis.. PSP onboarding: communication of potential applicable restrictions and limitations, adherence and fulfillment of relevant technical requirements.. Negotiation of PSP commercial terms and fees, review and adjustment of legal terms and conditions of compliance and services.. Manage the application process. Support, supervision and organization of effective PSP integration with technical support and platform teams.. Regular analysis and reporting on payment method and acceptance, deposit success and transfers data and provide analysis and insight into payment process improvements.. Analysis and optimization of legal entity structure for the best business and online product feasibility and continuity.. Take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities in all those tasks that may involve any contact with the PSP. . Helping with all related tasks to contribute to the reconciliation and accounting of the financial data such as: invoice validation; financial data reconciliation; providers’ fee control.. We’re looking for someone with a balance of hard and soft skills who can thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Here’s what we’d love to see:. At least two years of experience working with Payment Providers or related fields.. Previous experience in managing financial tasks ( invoices; reconciliation). Previous experience in managing PSPs communication and working closely with PSPs’ BackOffice.. Problem-solving skills and  attention to detail.. Excellent self-motivation and proactivity . Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).. Proficient computer skills (Jira, google spreadsheet).. Knowledge of CRMs and BOs of payment partners.. Strong analytical skills..
