We are currently looking for a Digital Solutions Engineer in the United States.. We are seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer to deliver technical expertise and implementation support for advanced digital products in the healthcare diagnostics space. This role involves end-to-end project management, from pre-planning and system configuration to validation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and IT systems, while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The position requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Frequent travel (25%+) is expected to support installations and client engagement. Lead the implementation of digital product solutions, gathering and documenting customer requirements and defining technical specifications.. Manage integration projects, overseeing scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with clinical and operational goals.. Conduct remote and on-site installations, providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, and escalation management during deployment and post-go-live phases.. Validate and optimize digital/IT solutions to ensure functionality, adoption, and regulatory compliance.. Monitor project progress, maintain internal tracking systems, and drive collaboration between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to product development, marketing, and global teams.. Develop and maintain consulting tools, training materials, and installation guides for scalable, consistent solution delivery.. . Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience (2 years laboratory IT/general IT/product line experience or 4 years experience).. Strong technical expertise across platforms and technologies, including Windows, Oracle, Apache, Intersystems Cache, and security frameworks.. Familiarity with healthcare integration standards and regulatory requirements such as HL7, ASTM, IHE, DICOM, ADT, and HIPAA.. Experience with clinical laboratory workflows, LIS functionality, and integration of diagnostic solutions.. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system issues and provide critical thinking solutions.. Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.. Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes..
