We are seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer to deliver technical expertise and implementation support for advanced digital products in the healthcare diagnostics space. This role involves end-to-end project management, from pre-planning and system configuration to validation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and IT systems, while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The position requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Frequent travel (25%+) is expected to support installations and client engagement. Lead the implementation of digital product solutions, gathering and documenting customer requirements and defining technical specifications.. Conduct remote and on-site installations, providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, and escalation management during deployment and post-go-live phases.. Familiarity with healthcare integration standards and regulatory requirements such as HL7, ASTM, IHE, DICOM, ADT, and HIPAA..
