Recruiter at Lokal. , your primary objective will be to effectively screen and prepare candidates for client interviews. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful candidate placement. You will be responsible for reaching out to a large pool of candidates daily, scheduling interviews, and maintaining high standards of communication and data accuracy. . Responsibilities. . . Candidate Outreach:. Ensure that at least 10 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day. . . . Interview Completion:. Ensure that a minimum of 5 interviews are conducted daily with shortlisted candidates. . . . Selection Rate: . Achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from the interviews conducted.. . . Joining Rate:. Secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from the selections made. . . . Profile Completion:. Complete and document candidate profiles daily. . . . Screening and Scheduling:. Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Use Forms provided by the company to collect and organize candidate information. . . . Candidate Communication:. Maintain consistent and proactive communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews. Provide post-selection support to candidates to enhance their onboarding experience. . . . Data Management:. Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.. . ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . ● Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in Non-IT volume hiring. . ● Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. . ● Ability to work in fast-paced target oriented environment..
