Supporting U.S. doctors and medical staff remotely, including being on webcam interactions with patients and staff as needed . . Be prepared to be on webcam ~60% of your shift . . Managing appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups . Responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat . Accurately documenting patient information . Collaborating with U.S. healthcare teams to ensure high-quality service . ✅ What We’re Looking For: . 1–2 years of experience in BPO, customer services or as a Virtual Assistant . 1–2 years of healthcare experience (Nurses a plus!) .
