Prepare and process client invoices using Xero . . Schedule and manage client appointments using Formitize . . Organise files and reports in OneDrive . . Client & Financial Admin. . Send client invoices and reports via email . . Follow up on outstanding payments and track quotes . . Enter bills, receipts, and monitor contractors . . Marketing & Content Support. . Update Google My Business (GMB) and social media accounts . . Create written or visual content (using Canva or other tools – optional) . . Assist with tracking franchise enquiries (non-sales role). . . 3–5 years of experience in admin, PA, or back-office support roles. . Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. . Strong written English and professional communication. . Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently. . Familiarity with Xero (preferred but not essential). . Familiarity with Formitize or similar job management systems (training provided). . Basic social media or marketing experience is a bonus. . Open to learning and feedback. .
