You will work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to source top talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and provide HR support across various departments. With a focus on optimizing systems like Deel, you’ll ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for international teams. Oversee full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.. . Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and manage talent pipelines across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and Finance.. . Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Indeed, and Glassdoor.. . Serve as the main point of contact for the Deel platform, handling onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and time tracking for international employees and contractors.. . Coordinate with legal, finance, and HR to ensure contract and documentation compliance.. . Support broader HR functions, including onboarding logistics, internal recordkeeping, and compliance with employment laws.. . Liaise with external recruiters and third-party vendors to align hiring goals and maintain recruitment timelines.. . Attend recruitment strategy sessions and virtual industry events to stay up-to-date with market trends.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.. . 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR generalist roles, or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or ad/marketing industry.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills; skilled in building relationships and handling negotiations.. . Familiar with HR tools and platforms such as Deel, TriNet, HiBob, Workable, and ATS systems.. . Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.. . Deep understanding of HR processes and employment laws across jurisdictions.. . Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.. . Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.. . Knowledge of ad tech, digital marketing, or the advertising industry is a plus.. .
