Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the pharmaceuticals sector. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. . Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. . Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments. . Stay informed about new products, services, and industry updates to effectively service customers. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish) and English. .
