Project-based Sourcing Specialist at Global Medical Virtual Assistants. A Sourcing Specialist is responsible for conducting research, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and candidate engagement.. TASKS:. Implementing and utilizing cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates. . Developing a network of potential candidates and industry professionals. . Prescreening and paper screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and doing phone screening. . Creating tracking systems for all candidates and internal database. . Collaborating with managers and possibly other departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential virtual professional candidates. . Utilizing all channels, online portals, and social networking sites to source out and connect with potential candidates; manage job boards and job postings. . Measuring and reporting of sourcing metrics on a real-time basis. . QUALIFICATIONS:. 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, or any similar role is preferred. . Extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates. . Hands-on experience in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition. . Familiarity in creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search. . Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Experience in a healthcare/medical related field (Preferred but not required). . Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) (Preferred but not required). . Must be willing to work project-based. .
