Accountabilities:. In this role, you will oversee the full customer marketing function, building strategies that inspire customer success and advocacy. Key responsibilities include:. . Managing and developing a high-performing team of customer marketers.. . Designing cross-sell, upsell, and expansion initiatives to support growth objectives.. . Leading customer communications and lifecycle marketing to ensure consistent, value-driven interactions.. .
