Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries. . Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and special requests. . Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining professionalism. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery. . Gather feedback from customers to enhance service offerings. . Stay updated on travel trends, destination offerings, and company promotions. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service focus and effective problem-solving abilities. .
