Executive Assistant to the CEO at Anavah Talent. A privately-held high growth education company based in the United States, is looking to add an Executive Assistant to work closely with its CEO during a pivotal time of expansion and change. This role goes beyond admin work; it's a hands-on partnership that blends executive support with light operations and daily coordination. This is a full-time, remote position (40+ hours/week) for a U.S. business that’s experiencing rapid growth. . About you: . We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is quick to act, comfortable with complexity, and grounded in professionalism especially when handling sensitive information or shifting priorities. . The ideal candidate will have a robust command of the English language, can anticipate next steps, ask smart questions and solve problems before they become blockers. You keep operations running smoothly and ensure leaders can focus on what matters most.. Responsibilities:  . . Develop and execute a process to drive contracts to completion (e.g., AI, templates). . Escalate items that warrant escalation and do not fit in a standard process. . Help check for / manage the accuracy of our databases and/or CRM. . Conduct monthly payroll and associated tasks (e.g., timekeeping emails, expenses). . Manage company email inboxes and respond with accurate information. . Absorb various other administrative tasks like sending SWAG to students. . Support the CEO with travel and meeting booking, as needed. . Provide support on the CEO’s personal life spillover, as needed. . . At least 3+ years experience supporting U.S.-Based senior executives, founders, or C-suite leaders. . A solid track record of 2+ years in operations, data analysis and/or client relations (ideally with U.S. client accounts) . . Perfect written and verbal command of English (C2+) . . Extreme attention to detail.  . . Scrappy and independent worker. . . Systems experience with a CRM (PipeDrive is a plus), Google Suite (especially Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive), and AI tools. . . Familiarity with other tools like Asana and Slack is a plus.. . Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred) . .
