Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory to meet and exceed annual volume, revenue, and pipeline targets. . Generate new business through existing customer relationships and prospective customer networks. . Use strategic discovery and probing techniques to identify needs, evaluate opportunities, and recommend tailored business solutions. . Collaborate with sales and cross-functional internal teams to develop strategic marketing and product plans, ensuring KPI alignment and execution. . Prepare and deliver regular performance and progress reports for clients and senior leadership. . Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, maintaining ongoing communication with the sales team. . Proactively recommend actions to improve sales performance and uncover new growth opportunities. . . What we expect from you . . . BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field. . Proven work experience as a Sales account manager. . Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience. . Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). . Business acumen with understanding of sales performance metrics. . Solid commercial negotiation skills and ability to influence. . Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time. .
