ABOUT THE ROLE. Anavah Talent is a U.S.-based startup that helps fast-growing companies in the U.S. hire exceptional overseas talent. We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines who will help us build and grow our talent network across the country and nearby countries (Hong Hong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.).. You’ll focus on sourcing, screening, and engaging top candidates across different industries while working closely with the recruitment team. Source and engage qualified candidates through OnlineJobsPH, Workable, LinkedIn, and direct outreach in Social Media platforms. Post and manage job listings on local platforms and keep them updated. Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates based on client needs, and complete background checks. Work closely with the recruitment team to align on hiring priorities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for active and future roles. Communicate clearly with candidates throughout their hiring process. Use tools like Workable, Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and keep recruitment reports organized and up to date. Bring fresh ideas and strategies to strengthen our recruitment efforts in the Philippines and nearby countries. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting (preferably with U.S.-based or international clients); Experience in a recruitment agency or startup setting is a PLUS, not a requirement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (i.e. Workable). Comfortable using collaborating tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and . Monday.com. Collaborative, proactive, and able to adapt in a startup environment. Company Location: Philippines.
