Hybrid Model (2 days in office, 3 days from home).. What You Will Do. Your main goal is operational readiness. You will work in the "back office" to support drivers, ensuring seamless execution of assignments.. Operational Liaison:.  Act as the bridge between Field Operations, Drivers, and Account Management.. Driver Coordination:.  Communicate via text/SMS with drivers to confirm schedules and expectations (Internal communication only; . no direct end-customer interaction. ).. Quality Control:.  Review dispatch paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client standards.. Milestone Tracking:.  Monitor driver activity in real-time, accurately marking order milestones in the system to maintain full visibility.. Problem Solving:.  Collaborate with Customer Service to proactively resolve driver-related issues before they escalate.. Preparation:.  Anticipate gaps by reviewing orders in advance to ensure drivers have all necessary documents and instructions.. The Schedule (CST Time Zone). Monday – Wednesday:.  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
