Property Valuation Assistant at Remote VA. We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Valuation Assistant to work with our existing client. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support our client's investment decisions.. Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday). Job Type: Fully-Remote. Key Responsibilities:. . Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, talk to people about the data externally (like brokers) and then write an analysis explaining/supporting their findings in detail.. . Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.. . Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.. . Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.. . Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.. . Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.. . . Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst, or other roles.. . Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real estate.. . Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred.. . Analytical experience that can think independently. . Familiarity with filemaker pro and skills in internet searching. . Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).. .
