What We’re Looking For. ✨ 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role. ✨ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. ✨ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✨ Proficiency in Google Workspace + project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.). ✨ High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence. ✨ Independent, adaptable, and resourceful in shifting priorities.
