Responsibilities. Edit long-form YouTube content with strong pacing and audience retention in mind . Develop and refine voiceover structure and narrative flow . Create engaging trailers and short-form cuts from long-form content . Collaborate with the team to maintain and elevate a consistent editorial style . Deliver high-quality edits efficiently within deadlines . Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables in an organized manner. Advanced proficiency in . DaVinci Resolve. (primary editing platform) . Ability to work remotely via . Parsec. and operate Apple Studio systems . Strong and stable internet connection for seamless remote workflow . Comfortable working within a server-based environment.
