Borrowell is looking for a Marketing Specialist, Growth to help fulfill Borrowell’s mission to make financial prosperity possible for everyone. You’ll manage and scale our partnership/affiliate/referral channels to grow user acquisitions and help more Canadians on their financial journey. . In this role, you’ll own partner acquisitions and relationships on mobile app (e.g., AppsFlyer) and web affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact Radius). The ideal candidate will also scale our Refer-a-Friend program for existing Borrowell members (individuals and influencers) to drive growth from word-of-mouth.. If you’re someone who can manage relationships, understand how to manage ROI/CPA, and feel comfortable with the technical/operational aspects of these channels, this is the position for you!. Key Responsibilities. Partner Channels: Scale programmatic mobile app partners, leveraging AppsFlyer (or similar) to track performance and combat ad fraud; scale affiliate web partners using platforms like Impact Radius.. Technical Proficiency: Ensure tracking and attribution are accurate by working with internal Engineering and Data teams and with partners, as applicable. Creative: Develop, deliver and test creative assets such as graphics, videos/animations, and landing pages based on the audience segments. Analysis and Reporting: Maintain performance dashboards to identify opportunities to grow volume, improve ROI and empower partners to optimize their campaigns. Experimentation: Design and execute tests on messaging, landing pages, and creative formats to improve conversions through the user journey. Experience: 2+ years in scaling partnerships, referrals or affiliate (B2C or B2B) . Marketing stack: Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer (or equivalent) and affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact Radius or equivalent). Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of attribution for web and mobile app (we use AppsFlyer), event/pixel setup, tracking links, and UTMs. Data-Driven: Experience analyzing and making recommendations using data (we use Looker), while applying intuition as appropriate.
