Responsibilities. •Managing of incoming calls. •Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. •Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication. •Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools. •Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents. •Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. •Native or near to native Danish language (C2). •Very good command of English language (B2 –C1). •Good MS Office skills. •Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. •Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
