We are looking for a strong . Head of HR. to build and optimize processes, manage the team, and ensure fast and effective hiring worldwide.. Responsibilities. . Lead and manage the HR department (10+ people). . . Build and optimize HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, KPI management, offboarding. . . Manage international hiring in Spain, Germany, the USA, and other European countries. . . Oversee key hires and ensure quality of recruitment. . . Develop HR strategy, employer branding, and motivation systems. . . . 3+ years of proven experience as Head of HR / HR Director. . . Strong background in managing distributed teams (10+ members). . . International recruitment experience (Europe, USA). . . Fluent English (C1+). . . Experience in startups or fast-growing companies is a strong plus. . . Company Location: Poland.
