Distribution Executive - Level 1 is responsible for announcement, publishing, distributing Packt products across Packt website and various channel partners. This is a technical role that reports to the line manager in the content distribution team and below are the responsibilities:. What You Will Do. Publishing various products on our website as per the planned timelines.. Distribute Packt products, including books, videos, and courses, to various channel partners as per the SLA.. Foster strong relationships with team members through effective collaboration.. Train team members on new and existing clients, processes, and best practices.. Update and maintain guidelines for all distribution channels and workflows.. Ensure 100% quality in all assigned tasks through rigorous checks and adherence to standards.. Monitor product availability on distributed platforms and ensure systems are updated with accurate data.. Adapt proactively to system changes and new processes.. Handling multiple requests from various channels.. Proactively research and explore topics as needed to enhance knowledge and problem-solving.. Who You Are.
