Provide direct supervision for employees and contractors across a portfolio of contracts, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to standards.. . Oversee daily contract operations, deliverable production, reporting, scheduling, and resource allocation.. . Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, performance metrics, staffing plans, and milestone tracking using approved tools.. . Manage interoperability initiatives involving VA, DoD, and community care partners, ensuring compliance with federal standards such as FHIR, HL7, Direct Messaging, and TEFCA.. . Lead stakeholder collaboration with agencies, vendors, and healthcare partners to advance seamless data sharing.. . Champion Agile and SAFe practices to enable rapid, scalable, and continuous improvement across projects.. . Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with security and data standards, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.. . Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.. . 15+ years of experience managing diverse IT programs, including large-scale federal health initiatives.. .
