Source, screen, and engage candidates for Skilled Nursing Facility roles across the U.S. . Conduct phone screenings and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. . Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and internal teams. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS or tracking systems. . Communicate professionally and clearly with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. . Manage multiple open roles while meeting recruitment timelines and priorities. . Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to understand staffing needs and role requirements.. Industry Experience:. Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing. . U.S. healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred. . Experience recruiting for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), long-term care, or similar healthcare environments is a plus.. Soft Skills:. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. . Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. . Pleasant, professional phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly. .
