(Fluent Ukrainian and English) Account Specialist at SupportYourApp. We’re looking for an . Account Manager. who can build strong client relationships while keeping projects on track. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the delivery team — ensuring expectations are clear, needs are understood, and results are delivered.. Your responsibilities will include:. . Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and maintaining strong, long-term relationships;. . Coordinating with the internal team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time;. . Monitoring project progress and keeping clients updated on status, deliverables, and timelines;. . Preparing and maintaining account documentation, including budgets and financial reports;. . Identifying client needs, risks, and challenges — and proactively working with the team to resolve them.. . . What we’ll need from you:. . . 2+ years of experience. in account management or client-facing project coordination (ideally in IT outsourcing);. . . B2+ level of English. (both written and spoken);. . Good understanding of. software development processes. ;. . Experience preparing financial reports;. . Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana for task coordination and reporting;. . Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.. . . Will be a plus:. .
