Role Overview. : We are seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will utilize exceptional planning and organizational skills and a hands-on approach to deliver accurate take-offs and effective pricing breakdowns for our many building projects.. Key Responsibilities:. . Prepare accurate and cost-effective project-based estimates for both material and labor.. .  Ability to complete Accurate Take offs and problem-solve. .  Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and site teams.. .  Liaise with suppliers and trades as and when required.. .  Prepare margin reports and analyze ETSs/ETOs.. .  Improve processes through continuous development.. . . 5+ years of hands-on residential estimating experience, including Custom and Medium density/unit developments.. . Must have experience working with Australian local builders. . Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction, Design, and/or Engineering.. . Should have experience working with Australian local builders for custom build and multi unit projects.. . Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, engineering drawings, soil reports, and various contract documents.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. .
