Manage incoming customer service inquiries in Spanish and English regarding logistics and supply chain processes.. . Provide detailed information about services, shipment status, and custom regulations to clients.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.. . Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely response and follow-up on all inquiries.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.. . Assist with order processing and shipment tracking, ensuring clear communication with clients.. . Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for service improvements. . . . Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain.. . Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts and processes.. . Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.. . Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.. . Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.. . Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.. .
