Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST / 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time. Note: During daylight saving time (around October to March), the start time would usually shift to 6:00 AM PHT. We're seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Loan Processor to join our growing operations team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn from industry-leading systematic processes while building a career in premium mortgage services. . You'll start by managing 10-15 applications monthly and progress to full capacity (40+ applications) within 90 days. Working closely with our Senior Loan Processor and Strategy team, you'll develop expertise across all application types while contributing to the systematic excellence that sets Alcove apart from traditional mortgage brokers. . Key Responsibilities: . Application Processing & Submission . . Process and submit mortgage applications prepared by our strategy team with exceptional attention to detail . . Start with simpler refinance applications and progress to complex purchase scenarios under guidance. . Manage application workflows using Broker Engine and Apply Online platforms . . Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties . . Handle discharge processes with outgoing lenders and manage settlement coordination . . MIR Management & Problem Resolution . . Respond to lender MIRs (More Information Required) initially with strategy team support . . Develop autonomy in handling routine MIR responses as experience grows . . Collaborate with Andrew and strategy team on complex scenarios requiring expert input . . Learn to anticipate and prevent common application issues through systematic approaches . . Track and resolve application bottlenecks to maintain smooth processing timelines . . Systematic Process Execution . . Follow proven systematic approaches to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes . . Utilize comprehensive template databases and organizational frameworks . . Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance audit trails . . Execute proactive client communication protocols that support our "Expect More" brand . .
